Alhaji Mosediq Adeniji Kazeem (SAN) Sworn in as National President of Ansar-Ud-Deen Society of Nigeria

Abeokuta, Ogun State — In a momentous ceremony held during the 11th Triennial National Conference of the Ansar-Ud-Deen Society of Nigeria, Alhaji Mosediq Adeniji Kazeem, SAN, was officially sworn in as the new National President of the Society. The conference, which took place at the prestigious Abeokuta Sports Club on April 20, 2025, witnessed the presence of distinguished leaders, members, and supporters from across the nation and the diaspora.

The inauguration was conducted by the Society’s revered National Missioner, Sheikh AbdurRahman Olanrewaju Ahmad, who led the spiritual proceedings and offered heartfelt prayers for the success of the new administration.

In his acceptance speech, Alhaji Adeniji Kazeem expressed deep gratitude to Allah (SWT), the leadership of the Society, and all members for the confidence reposed in him. He described the new role as a sacred trust and a collective covenant to uphold the values of Islam, serve humanity, and promote the unity and progress of the Society.

“My life and service are for Allah, the Lord of all the Worlds,” he declared, quoting the Quran (6:162) as his guiding principle. He also outlined a bold vision for the Society, with key focus areas including transparency in governance, youth empowerment, educational excellence, community service, and a revitalization of spiritual and cultural programs.

Adeniji Kazeem announced plans to further develop Summit University, strengthen Ansar-Ud-Deen schools nationwide, and establish an AnsarCare Initiative to expand the Society’s humanitarian reach. He emphasized the importance of leveraging media and technology through a Transparency Portal to promote accountability and enhance member engagement.

He also paid glowing tribute to his predecessor, appreciating his good spirit of leadership, his passion for unity, and his dedication to the Society's growth. “I stand on his shoulders to look to the future. His legacy will serve as a compass for the journey ahead,” Kazeem affirmed.

He concluded his address with a call for collective action, quoting the Prophet Muhammad (SAW): “Allah continues to aid a believer as long as he continues to aid his fellow believer.”

With a renewed spirit and shared commitment, the Ansar-Ud-Deen Society of Nigeria embarks on a new chapter under the leadership of Alhaji Mosediq Adeniji Kazeem, SAN — dedicated to building a future that honours its rich legacy and amplifies its impact across Nigeria and the world.
