ASM CRISIS ESCALATES AS ADEBANJO, BISI YUSUF ABANDON ADEJOKE ORELOPE ADEFULIRE

"Adejoke Orelope Adefulire you are too greedy: you took all political positions we collectively laboured for your family members" - Eyes Open

As predicted the union of disgruntled blocs in the All Progressives Congress, APC, Alimosho Chapter that formed the Alimosho Solidarity Movement, ASM, have collapsed totally.

Immediate past member of the Federal House of Representatives (Alimosho Federal Constituency) Hon Femi Adebanjo popularly known as Eyes Open, belled the cat in a meeting that was organized by a now break away faction of the ASM: The Mandate Frontiers.

Adebanjo an Ijebu Remo prince accused ASM Apex Leader Her Excellency Adejoke Orelope Adefulire of appropriating all political positions given to the faction exclusively to her home. 

He complained that the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Sustainable Development Goals made her biological brother the Elegbeda of Egbeda Kingdom Oba Ahmed Orelope, her biological brother Luqmon Orelope got the House of Assembly ticket, her maternal cousin Hon Akin Johnson got the Alimosho Vice Chairmanship; another cousin of hers and an Accord Party returnee Hon Akin Idowu Bashir the ASM Secretary General. 

Hon Adebanjo is his submission said Adejoke Orelope Adefulire ought to spread these principal positions among all the six councils in the federal constituency; instead of concentrating it in her home and among her kinfolks exclusively.

"Her political greed is legendary, she is a third term SSA in Presidency and all principal positions that comes to ASM goes exclusively to her kinfolks, is this development politically appropriate, in the face of the aspirations and demands of teeming long-suffering members.

"If we collectively laboured for political offices, these offices should be evenly and equitably spread across all power blocs in ASM. Not to be captured by one person for her immediate family members, who all vote in the same polling unit."

Hon Adebanjo, Hon Bisi Yusuf, Hon Adunni Akindele, Hon Abiodun Francis, Hon Luqmon Agbaje, Alhaji Abiodun Ejigbadero and other frontline leaders and members of ASM are steadily removing themselves from the Adejoke Orelope Adefulire leadership to start Alimosho Mandate Frontiers, holding parallel meetings and forming a parallel leadership and executive units. 

Hon Adewale Hamzart said the new Alimosho Mandate Frontiers is a collection of political rolling stones who will gather no moss, all the leaders of the group are stewed in lies, greed and avarise.

"They all left Alimosho Mandate Movement under Abdullahi Enilolobo leadership, to join us in ASM, all the leaders of this breakaway Alimosho Mandate Frontiers got prime political positions under Enilolobo leadership, then we were in political desert, now they think they can come and reap where they did not sow. A collection of jokers.

"Take Hon Adebanjo (Eyes Open) Alimosho Mandate Frontiers apex leader, while with the Enilolobo group, he started out as Alimosho LGA Chairman, he later became House of Assembly member, he later became a Special Adviser cabinet rank and serve two term as member House of Representatives member. 

"It was because the chain smoker and skirt chaser was denied third term House of Representatives ticket, this is why he fell out with Alimosho Mandate Movement. Same thing with all the leaders of this new Alimosho Mandate Frontiers, they all left Alimosho Mandate Movement because of inordinate ambitions. It is because of the likes of "Eyes Open" and Bisi Yusuf who have being in public offices for no less than five consecutive terms that Enilolobo and G-18 had issues with many party members. 

"It is this same inordinate ambitions that made them leave us now, it will be a great shame for them to return to Alimosho Mandate Movement because they fouled things up there. Hence the formation of this new faction. 

"The hope of Alimosho Mandate Frontiers is Cardinal James Odumbaku aka Baba Eto who promised the Group political accommodation. The question on the lips of many is why will Baba Eto dabble into Alimosho politics when President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR has settled the matter of Alimosho APC internal and factional politics."

In Alimosho APC chapter Alimosho Mandate Movement and Alimosho Solidarity Movement have 55 : 45 power sharing agreement brokered by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR. Alimosho Mandate Movement is led by Abdullahi Ayinde Enilolobo while ASM is led by Hon Adejoke Orelope Adefulire.
