Executive Chairman Mosan-Okunola Local Council Development Area Hon Princess Olabisi Adebajo aka Abisco in partnership with Lagos State Government, distribute thousands of free food packs to constituents.
In her words "This is part of the initiatives of my administration, tailored toward the welfare of our dear constituents in these trying times
"This particular exercise is at the behest of His Excellency Mr Babajide Olushola Sanwo-Olu, the Lagos State Governor and Conference 57, the body of all council chairmen in Lagos State.
"It is a continuation of our periodic free food distribution, and we hope hunger and depravations will be limited by this gesture, and as I have always being saying, the Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR presidency is working on the economic fundamentals to ease things and make life more abundant for the citizens"
Stakeholders groups such as the aged, market men and women, artisans, religious, traditional, people living with disabilities, youths, community, security agencies and council workers were given food palliatives in hundreds.
The event went well with the council executive committee, council officials, councillors, All Progressives Congress, APC, leaders, officers and members in attendance, security agencies were at hand providing security logistics for the exercise which held at the council secretariat.
