You are losing the plot and credibility, Donald Trump fires at Israel as conflict with Gaza continues.
Former U.S. President Donald Trump has issued a public call for Israel to conclude its military operations in Gaza, citing concerns about the country’s international standing.
Trump’s remarks come amidst escalating tensions in the region and a rising global outcry over civilian casualties in Gaza.
During a press interaction, Donald Trump urged Israel to “finish up” the conflict, emphasizing the perceived negative impact it is having on Israel’s global reputation.
Responding to a question regarding the surge in antisemitism during the conflict, Trump made controversial remarks seemingly attributing the rise to Israel’s military actions.
Expressing regret over what he viewed as excessive force employed by Israel, Trump remarked, “Well, that’s because you fought back. And I think Israel made a very big mistake.”
He went on to criticize the imagery of bombs being dropped on Gaza, suggesting it has fueled international backlash against Israel.
“Go and do what you have to do. But you don’t do that. And I think that’s one of the reasons that there has been a lot of kickback. If people didn’t see that, every single night I’ve watched every single one of those.”
