CRISIS HIT ORELOPE ADEFULIRE ASM OVER COMMISSIONER SLOT

 

Leaders of Alimosho Solidarity Movement, ASM, in All Progressives Congress, APC, Alimosho federal constituency are in a war of wits and words with their Leader HE Princess Adejoke Orelope Adefulire.

The cause of the fallout is her nomination of Olajide Oseni as the second Commissioner slot from the constituency. Revealing this at ASM leaders meeting, HE Orelope Adefulire said the nomination of Oseni is fiat accomplished, because it is a pay back move for powerful elements, who are helping her get the approval of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, for all her actions as the leader of Alimosho APC.

She said The Mandate Movement will not get anything because, they no longer have the ears of Mr President and it is the Olajide Oseni backers that are ensuring and sustaining this development.

Lagos State APC Vice Chairman Babatunde Aboyade, Femi Adebanjo aka Eyes Open, APC South Organizing Secretary Lateef Ibirogba, Abiodun Mafe aka Marvelous, Bisi Yusuf, Abiodun Ejigbadero and a host of other leaders had to walk out on the Senior Special Assistant to the President on the Office of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, SDG.

The grouse of a majority of ASM Leaders is that the demands of political machineries HE Orelope Adefulire engaged in the ongoing attempts to dislodge the Abdullahi Enilolobo led Mandate Movement is becoming to steep.

HE Orelope Adefulire power sharing agreement with Rt Hon Mudashiru Obasa, Lagos State Speaker, the power sharing agreement with the Deputy Governor HE Kadiri Obafemi Hamzat, the power sharing agreement with the personal aides of Mr President is becoming too steep a price to be paid.

Out of the thirty supervisors slots, fifteen went to ASM political machinaries, out of three LGA Chairmanship, one went to ASM political machinaries, the two Commissioner slots are now in the pockets of these same political machinaries. These they argued bitterly has shortchanged long suffering members of Alimosho APC family.

As a fallout the trio of Hon Adebanjo, Hon Bisi Yusuf and Abiodun Ejigbadero have started a new group which they named The Mandate Frontiers, with which they are set to use to tackle HE Orelope Adefulire, whom they argued has taken her personal slot, that of her biological siblings and ready to give others away to her political machinaries, in the desperate bid to maintain her falling and failing leadership in the constituency.
